Location: Branford, CT
Duration: 3-4 Months+ (Possibility of Extension and conversion based upon performance)
Shift: Hours vary, they must have flexibility from 7 am - 5:30 pm (8Hrs/day)
Pay Range: $19.85 - $21.79/hr. on W2
Note: Float will be responsible for covering all PSCs and IOPs from New Haven to Madison.

Job Description:
- The Patient Services Representative represents the face of our company to patients who come in, both as part of their health routine or for insights into life-defining health decisions.
- The PSR draws quality blood samples from patients and prepares those specimens for lab testing while following established practices and procedures.
- The PSR has direct contact with patients and creates an atmosphere of trust and confidence while explaining procedures to patients and drawing blood specimens in a skilful, safe, and accurate manner.
- The PSR will demonstrate Leadership Behaviors while focusing on process excellence skills and sensitivity to confidentiality and accuracy to patient information. Successful applicants may be assigned to a doctor's office, a patient service center or as business needs dictate.
Education & Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Required: 3-5 years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
- Floaters travel in between multiple sites and are expected to be on time at whatever site they are covering for that day.
- Floaters are able to submit mileage for expense reimbursement.
- Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record, if applicable.
