Job Title: Supply Planner
Job Location: Ontario, CA
Payrate: $32.00 - $34.00/ hr. on w2

Role Overview:

  • Supply Planner.
  • Manage relationship with Commercial Organizations, Business groups, manufacturing teams and suppliers from an end-to-end supply chain perspective.
  • Maintain correct master data in SAP and JDA planning systems to enable a correct rule based planning.
  • Manage phase in / phase out process execution from a planning perspective (PDLM).
  • Lead monthly S&OP supply review, define & review the mid & long term supply plan.
  • Plan, control and maintain the short term master production schedule (MPS), balancing the customer demands and inventory levels.
  • Make an allocation proposal in case order book exceeds capacity/available production slots or material availability.
  • Pro-actively manage a supply chain, Scenario Mapping / Root cause analysis / Look and think ahead; build allocations in case of constraints.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Drive the Commercial Supply Chain deployed KPI e.g. CSL-Availability / CSP / SRM / SRMS / DPMA etc.
  • Stock management: Inventory as % of MAT sales.
  • Excess & Aging stock.
  • Operational KPI e.g. Factory CLIP / LAP / PIPO (Phase-in & phase out) e.g. MIP, Hiring temp to train and support Blueheart / BlueYonder manual PO flow as automated PO solution for Weekly planning with Daily exception will not be ready for Blueheart commercial BGL.
  • This FTE is a planned mitigation for Blueheart as aligned in SteerCo.

Systems & Tools:

  • SAP.
  • JDA planning systems.
  • Blueheart / BlueYonder.

Planning & Execution Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate master data in planning systems.
  • Execute phase in / phase out processes (PDLM).
  • Develop short, mid, and long-term supply plans.
  • Make allocation proposals to address capacity or material constraints.
  • Conduct scenario mapping and root cause analysis.
  • Monitor and report KPIs for inventory, operational performance, and commercial supply chain.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Manage relationships with Commercial Organizations, Business groups, manufacturing teams, and suppliers.
  • Lead monthly S&OP supply review meetings.
  • Coordinate with teams to balance customer demands, inventory, and production capacity.

Process Improvement:

  • Proactively identify supply chain risks and constraints.
  • Build mitigation plans and allocations in case of supply or capacity constraints.
  • Support transition to automated PO solutions where applicable.
