Job Title: Packaging Technician
Location: Wardhill, MA
Duration: 12+ Months
Shift: Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Pay Range: $18 to $20/hr on W2

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Packaging Technician (Repack-Label Technician Level 1) to support our production operations through accurate repackaging and labelling of products. This role is essential in maintaining quality standards, ensuring proper documentation, and meeting daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately label products, ensuring clarity and compliance
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure standards are met
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines
• Identify and report any issues, defects, or discrepancies to supervisors
• Complete necessary documentation and production logs accurately
• Participate in training to improve technical skills and performance
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Basic math skills (counting, measurements, etc.)
• Effective communication and team collaboration
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
• Flexible to work overtime and weekends if needed

Must Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Repackage products according to established guidelines and customer specifications
• Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging preferred (not required)
• Operate packaging and labeling machinery safely and efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy skills

Physical Requirements:

• Lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Stand, walk, and move throughout the shift
• Manual dexterity to handle small parts and tools

• Manufacturing or warehouse setting
• Exposure to noise, dust, temperature changes, and various odors
