Job Description:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to support the Crude Data Exchange (WONA Transformation) project within Client s Trading & Supply (T&S) Crude & Products division. This role focuses on modernizing the WONA Data Warehouse using Azure cloud technology, aligning data between WONA and North America (NA), and establishing a global data view with standardized granularity.

The Business Analyst (BA) will play a key role in capturing business problems, analyzing data flows, and defining technology solutions that drive business value. This role requires a strong understanding of systems engineering concepts, data analysis, and Agile methodologies to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Analysis & Requirements Management

• Capture business problems, value drivers, and functional/non-functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Assess risks, feasibility, and business impact, identifying opportunities for process and system improvements.
• Model business processes, data flows, and technology architecture to support modernization efforts.
• Create and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring traceability from business needs to final solution.

Solution Design & Delivery

• Work closely with software suppliers, designers, and developers to align business needs with technical capabilities.
• Configure and document software applications and processes using standardized tools and methodologies.
• Define acceptance criteria and coordinate testing activities to validate solutions aProductst business needs.
• Support the Crude PDS Transformation initiative, ensuring data standardization and alignment across global operations.

Project Management & Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead stakeholder management activities, facilitating large design sessions to align cross-functional teams.
• Create and present business cases to justify solution value, establish funding, and Product approval.
• Manage and execute business analysis activities within the agreed Product, cost, and timeline.
• Educate Product Owners and Business Partners on Agile methodologies and best practices.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-7 years of IT experience with strong business analysis expertise.
• Experience working in Agile environments, including understanding Agile frameworks and tools.
• Ability to educate stakeholders on Agile ways of working and support Agile project delivery.
• Strong systems engineering, process analysis, and data modeling experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.

Preferred/Optional Skills:

• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum, SAFe).
• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or PMI-PBA certification.
• Lean Practitioner training and experience.
