Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay Range: 21.00 - 23.00/hr on W2
Job Title: Logistics - Supply Clerk
Job Description:
The Logistics - Supply Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, staging, and routing materials within the business unit to ensure accurate inventory management and timely delivery to internal departments. This role supports warehouse operations by maintaining proper stock rotation, conducting cycle counts, preparing shipments, and complying with safety and regulatory policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect and verify incoming shipments against vendor paperwork and apply date stamps for inventory tracking.

Report any discrepancies or short-dated materials to the receiving team and Lean Supply Supervisor.

Store materials in designated warehouse locations, ensuring proper rotation based on receipt and expiration dates.

Stage and deliver stock to appropriate laboratory or production areas as required.

Assist with inventory cycle counts and audit processes to maintain accurate stock levels.

Prepare outbound shipments efficiently, ensuring all materials are properly packaged and documented.

Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and effectively.

Comply with all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards including OSHA and CLIA.

Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:

Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).

Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Physical ability to lift up to 70 pounds safely.

Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, or similar warehouse equipment is preferred.
Required Education:

High school diploma or GED.
Work Experience:
-
Minimum of one year in warehouse or materials management preferred.
-
Forklift certification is a plus.
