Job Description:

• Under the direction of the area supervisor, the Patient Services Representative II (PSR II) is responsible for performing daily activities accurately and on time while maintaining a safe and professional environment.
• The PSR II represent the face of the company to patients and ensures a high level of trust and confidence while explaining procedures, performing specimen collections, and processing samples for lab testing.
• The PSR II is tasked with following established practices and procedures to ensure quality, safe, and accurate work while maintaining sensitivity to confidentiality and patient information.
