X-Ray Technician

Job Title: X-Ray Technician
Location: Morristown, NJ
Duration: 3 Months+

Pay rate: $55/hr. on W2

Schedule Notes:
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, on-call, every other weekend with holiday rotation.
  • Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM, on-call, every other weekend with holiday rotation.
  • Monday – Friday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM, on-call, every other weekend with holiday rotation.
    Hours Per Week: 37.50
    Hours Per Day: 13.00
    Days Per Week: 3.00
 
Duties:
  • Perform and provide appropriate imaging and treatment processes in accordance with state, federal, and professional guidelines.
  • Maintain all equipment for procedures.
  • Assess safety, procedure, physical, and physiological comfort of patient.
  • Monitor need for procedure revisions.
  • Coordinate daily imaging procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
 
Education:
  • Graduate of Accredited Radiography School.
  • NJ State RT License.
  • ARRT Certification.
  • BLS Certified.
 
Skills:
  • 1–3 years’ experience as X-Ray Technician.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of a variety of imaging equipment including setup, utilization, troubleshooting, and proper care of all equipment.
  • Current knowledge of trends and advances in clinical practice and healthcare informatics, as well as new developments and innovations in hardware and software technology.
  • Demonstrated initiative, problem identification, resolution, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
