Duration: 1 Month+ (Possible Extension)
Schedule Notes: One person: 10 am – 6:30 pm One person: 6 pm – 2:30 am. No weekends or holidays, Mon - Fri.

Schedule Notes: 8-week contract ** No TESTING ** This position focuses more on clerical and customer service - Candidate will be making phones - critical value calling Prefer candidates to have experience with SunQuest and Epic **Schedule** 1 shift: 10 am – 6:30 pm 1 shift 6pm – 2:30 am
Hours Per Week: 40.00
Hours Per Day: 8.00
Days Per Week: 5.00
Location: Detroit, MI

Duties:
- Under direct supervision by laboratory technologist, leader and/or supervisor, and according to defined protocols, performs select procedures on blood and/or other body fluids or specimens, involving manual techniques or the use of laboratory instruments and information systems.
- May perform phlebotomy as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others.
- Demonstrated technical proficiency and theoretical knowledge sufficient to perform laboratory functions.
Education:
- Completion of an Associate Degree Program in Medical Laboratory Technology or Laboratory Science - Required
Certifications & Licenses:
- Certification from a recognized national certifying agency (ASCP or NCA)
- Phlebotomist
Skills:
- Certification from a recognized national certifying agency (ASCP or NCA) - Required
