Job Title: Supply Clerk
Job Location: Denver, CO
Job Duration: 6-7+ Months
Shift: M-F 7am-3:30pm MST.

Pay Rate: $23/hr. on W2

Job Summary:
Responsible for receiving, inspecting, routing, and staging materials/products in the Business Unit (BU), ensuring accurate inventory handling, stock rotation, and timely delivery to laboratory departments.
 
Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming products against vendor paperwork and date-stamp for putaway.
• Report discrepancies or short-dated materials (<30 days shelf life) to the receiving team and Lean Supply Supervisor.
• Store items in designated warehouse locations and rotate stock based on receipt and expiration dates.
• Stage and deliver materials to the appropriate laboratory stocking areas.
• Assist with warehouse cycle counts and inventory management.
• Prepare shipments for outbound delivery.
• Adhere to policies and regulations, including OSHA, CLIA, Materials & Services Management, Employee Health and Safety, and compliance procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment (forklift, pallet jack) safely as required.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support efficient warehouse and laboratory operations.

 
Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED minimum.
• Forklift certification desired.
