Job Title: Phlebotomist II / Patient Services Representative II (PSR II)
Location: Pompton Plains, NJ - Site Location: 637 Route 23 South Pompton Plains, NJ
Schedule: Mon &  Thursday - 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Tues, Wed, Fri -  8 AM - 4 PM
Duration: 3 months

Pay Range: $19.85 - $21.80/hr. on w2

Job Summary:
As a PSR II, you'll be the face of our healthcare services, providing compassionate, high-quality phlebotomy and patient support. You'll collect and prepare blood specimens for lab testing, ensure accurate patient identification, and deliver excellent customer service in a safe and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood specimens skillfully from pediatric to geriatric patients

• Verify patient information and ensure accurate labeling

• Maintain confidentiality and follow all safety and compliance protocols

• Travel between patient service centers, clinics, and in-office locations

• Provide exceptional service and create a welcoming experience

• Keep accurate records and support clinical workflows

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training a plus

• Phlebotomy certification (required in CA, NV, WA)

• 3+ years phlebotomy experience, including pediatric and geriatric draws

• Strong communication, organization, and data entry skills

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean driving record

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred:

• 2+ years in a Patient Service Center

• Customer service experience in healthcare, retail, or service industry
