Job Title: Documentation | Lab Operations Associate
Location: Seattle, WA 98121
Duration: 5+ month contract (Possibilities of Extension)
 
Pay Range: $35 - $44.59/hr. on W2
 
DESCRIPTION:

• The Research Associate Support Resource will manage and support research activities.

 
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain accurate records in accordance with GDP and support research associates and scientists with recording experimental data.
• Manage and organize the lab including restocking and ordering supplies and equipment maintenance.

 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Maintain accurate records in accordance with GDP and support research associates and scientists with recording experimental data.
• Basic knowledge of aseptic cell culture operation.

 
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• GMP related skills such as document reviews and recording.

 
Additional:
Top 3–5 Must-Have Skillset/Qualification Requirements:

• Recording in accordance with GDP (Good Document Practice) – more than 1 year.
• Basic knowledge of aseptic procedures.

 
Years of Experience:

• 1–5 years of experience.

 
Education Minimum Requirement:

• Bachelor’s degree.

 
Platform Knowledge Requirement:

• GDP (Good Document Practice).

 
Anything Else You Need This Person to Have:

• Attention to details.
• Understand SOPs and execute the procedure appropriately.
• Collaborating with the team members.
• Careful confirmation in advance.

 
Hours and Days:

• 8:00–16:30 (if lunch break is 30 min).
• No evening or overtime work expected.
• 5 days a week including both Saturday and Sunday.
• Must be able to work weekends regularly.

 
Work Location:

• Onsite.
• Parking is not free.

 
Example of a Typical Day:

• Start room set up at around 8am.
• Work on recording for tissue culture work as a verifier and/or perform some simple cell analysis using equipment.
• Finish around 3–4pm.
• Clean up the room, perform equipment maintenance, and stock consumables in the suites.
• No work during the EOY shutdown periods.
