Duration: 3 Months+
Shift/Schedule: 5x8 (7:00AM-3:30PM)
Pay range: $50 - $60 per hour. on W2

Job Description:
- Conduct routine and specialized testing in hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, coagulation, blood bank, and microbiology, consistently meeting performance standards.
- Perform venipuncture, finger stick, and heel stick collections promptly and accurately, ensuring compassionate patient care.
- Maintain up to date, documented quality control and instrument maintenance records.
- Achieve daily and weekly laboratory service goals; promptly escalate issues to the Lab Director.
- Monitor staff practices to ensure adherence to the Company’s Code of Business Conduct and Corporate Compliance Agreement; address compliance concerns as they arise.
- Execute all duties in accordance with federal/state regulations, company policies, and professional standards.
Facility Requirements:
- Must have ASCP MT/CLS/MLS certification
- Must have CA CLS license
- Must have BLS certification
- Must have 5 years recent Blood Bank, UA, CBC & ISTAT experience
