Job Location: Maple Grove, MN 55311 (Hybrid position - 3 days onsite in MG. May need additional days onsite)
Duration: 12 months+ of Contract with (temp-to-hire)
Pay Range: $25 - $27/hr. on W2

Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in staffing/recruiting.

Job Product:
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources department in staffing/recruiting.
Responsibilities will include:
- Utilize recruiting processes to leverage resume tracking software. Engage resources to maximize the strategic role of the Staffing function and eliminate non-value-added work. Focus on continuous improvement and make suggestions to improve the staffing process. May contribute to the development of new concepts, techniques and standards.
- Conduct interviews by evaluating employment factors such as job experience, education, training, skills, knowledge, abilities and other data relevant to the selection process.
- Prepare, extend and negotiate competitive job offers.
- Gather and prepare data in preparation of HR initiatives and programs to include the creation of files/documents in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Manage/enter data in one or more of the following HR systems: Payroll, Employee Data, Compensation, Benefits Learning and/or Recruitment.
- Provide data and information to others on HR area processes and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
- High volume recruiting experience with indirect labor roles.
- High School Diploma
- 1 year of recruiting experience
- High volume recruiting, manufacturing or direct labor experience is preferred.
Preferred:
- Associates or bachelor’s with focus in HR
