Job Title: Quality Analyst III
Location: Byhalia, MS
Duration: 12+ Months
Shift: General (Day Shift)
Role Overview:
The Quality Analyst III is responsible for the review and approval of manufacturing documentation to ensure accuracy, compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), regulatory requirements, and internal guidelines. This role also supports the identification and investigation of nonconforming materials, participates in procedure revisions, and assists with quality inspections when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review manufacturing batch records and related documentation for accuracy and procedural compliance.
- Approve documents that meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Identify nonconformance issues and generate Nonconforming Material (NCM) reports.
- Conduct initial investigations on NCMs using established methods.
- Revise or review standard operating procedures (SOPs) as necessary.
- Collect and analyze documentation, review metrics; prepare and distribute related reports.
- Support quality control and inspection tasks assigned.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Understanding of manufacturing records, including batch records and Device History Records (DHR).
- Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow and contribute to structured processes.
- Skilled in identifying and communicating improvement opportunities.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other standard business software.
