Job Title: Warehouse Coordinator

Duration: 6 Months (Contract)
Pay Range: $25 – $27/hr (W2)
Shifts Available:
Role Overview:
The Warehouse Coordinator will manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, distributing, and shipping materials and products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains organization of materials, and follows First-In-First-Out (FIFO) procedures. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

- Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Shift 2: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Role Overview:
The Warehouse Coordinator will manage day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storing, distributing, and shipping materials and products. This role ensures inventory accuracy, maintains organization of materials, and follows First-In-First-Out (FIFO) procedures. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify inbound freight against packing slips and purchase orders
- Process outbound shipments; ensure accurate labeling and documentation
- Pick, pack, stage, and ship materials as per production requirements
- Replenish inventory in assigned storage locations
- Perform physical counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Support production with timely material transfers and work order kitting
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment (6S standards)
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment
- Coordinate with Quality for material inspections and sampling
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies or out-of-stock issues
- Ensure accurate and immediate entry of transactions in inventory systems
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality)
- Assist with preventive maintenance and visual management boards
- Adhere to SOPs, GMPs, and safety regulations
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School diploma or equivalent required (AA degree preferred)
- 1–3 years of warehouse or technical office experience
- Proficient in warehouse management systems and basic PC skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills
- Must be able to lift 10–50 lbs and operate forklifts/material handling equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
Work Environment & Physical Demands:
- Requires lifting, reaching, and use of upper extremities
- Frequent standing, walking, and occasional sedentary tasks
- Visual acuity needed for detailed work and equipment operation
- Exposure to warehouse hazards: moving parts, vehicles, chemicals, and heat
