Training Specialist 3
Remote
Hours: Flexible | 15 25 hours/week
Role Overview:
The Learning Materials Designer will create and format high-quality training assets eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and job aids ensuring consistency with brand and instructional design standards. This role requires strong technical skills in Adobe InDesign, Articulate Storyline, and Microsoft PowerPoint, along with the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Format and produce learning materials (eLearning, guides, job aids, workbooks)

Apply brand and instructional design standards across all deliverables

Collaborate with project managers and instructional designers to meet deadlines
-
Balance multiple projects with attention to quality and efficiency

Conduct light QA checks for formatting accuracy and functionality

Maintain organized file structures and version control
Required Qualifications:

Expert proficiency in:

Adobe InDesign (Adobe Creative Suite)

Articulate Storyline

Microsoft PowerPoint
-

Strong eye for detail and adherence to templates/style guidelines

Excellent time management and ability to work independently

Strong file management and organizational skills

Clear communication and collaboration abilities

Bachelor s degree (or equivalent professional experience)
Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have):

Experience in Learning & Development, education, or corporate training

Prior Instructional Designer or Learning Experience Designer experience

Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG)
