Job Title: Patient Services Representative I (Entry Level – Phlebotomy Track)
Location: Palm Springs, FL
Duration: 3+ months
Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
The Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) is the front-facing role for patients, providing compassionate customer service while supporting check-ins, maintaining the lobby, and learning phlebotomy skills. This is an entry-level position designed for candidates interested in growing into a phlebotomy role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients with check-in using kiosks or tablets

• Answer patient questions with care, professionalism, and confidentiality

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized waiting area

• Assist with coverage during phlebotomist breaks

• Learn and perform phlebotomy and specimen collection once trained

• Accurately complete documentation and data entry

• Follow procedures under supervisor direction and meet daily operational goals

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• 1–2 years of customer-facing experience (retail, healthcare, service roles)

• Strong customer service skills (critical to the role)

• Keyboard and data entry experience

• Willingness to learn and perform phlebotomy (required)

• Reliable personal transportation; must live within a 20–25 minute commute

• Punctual, dependable, and able to work full scheduled shifts
