JOB PURPOSE
Lead and deliver cross-functional, end-to-end initiatives contributing to innovation sales growth in line with brand strategic priorities.
Lead initiatives such as new product launches, geo-expansion into new territories, and renovation of existing products.

KEY RESULTS/OBJECTIVES
Define and execute project strategy in alignment with brand and cross-functional stakeholder partners.
Lead cross-functional Project Teams to ensure execution and alignment to deliver projects on time, within Product, and on budget.
Drive all critical aspects of the project: Product, schedules, risk mitigation, budget, and resources.
Lead kick-offs, workshops, and regular meetings to ensure effective execution and milestone tracking.
Structure project team discussions and drive timely decision-making.
Represent the project team in global/regional governance and portfolio reviews.
Proactively communicate project status to key stakeholders.
Provide project reporting and KPIs as required.
Maintain Project- and Portfolio-Management systems: data entry, updates, and accuracy.
Conduct after-action reviews and drive continuous process improvements.
Apply and share best practices within the PM community.

Cross-functional project teams with local/regional/global representatives from Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Manufacturing & Supply, CMI, Market Access, Public Affairs, Finance, Legal, External Innovation, Development Centre, and others.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
Education:
Bachelors Degree
Required knowledge and/or experience:
3+ years of experience in project management
Experience in Consumer Goods (preferred) or Consumer Health
Understanding of functions and steps related to the innovation process
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Excellent planning and organizational skills
Strong analytical skills: ability to analyze problems, identify key issues, develop solutions, and design metrics to measure impact
Ability to manage complex situations and find feasible solutions
Experience managing cross-functional teams across various organizational levels
Manufacturing, R&D, Marketing, or Regulatory experience (preferred)
Dynamic, results-driven, and highly agile
Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and drive results in fluid situations
