Job Summary:
- Consistent stakeholder communication is going to be key in this role; this team reports up to the Chief Supply Chain Officer, and the project they will be managing is high visibility.
- The main deliverable of this engagement is to facilitate the transition from an old set of manufacturing equipment to a new set; project must be complete by EFY.
- Will work closely with manufacturing teams/leader; engineering leaders (design, tooling, process engineering); facilities team; project management team; quality team.
- Chosen candidates should expect 2-3 rounds of interviews.
- This is a time sensitive project; candidates who can start immediately will be prioritized.
Education & Experience:
- Degree preferred, but not a dealbreaker for this role.
- PMP certification nice to have, not required.
- 10+ years’ experience preferred in a program management role.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Ability to accurately manage a program schedule with multiple project schedules feeding into it.
- Project management software experience (Smartsheets, JIRA).
- Stakeholder management.
- High level of communication and reporting skills (will be sharing program status with senior leadership consistently).
- Risk mitigation experience.
