Duration: 6 Months+ (Possible Extension)
Pay rate: $24.97/hr. on W2
Position Summary:
The Coordinator III will work directly with the program manager and pest control analyst to monitor and manage the pest control work order queue and proposals. The coordinator will also review all temporary increase requests, monitor increased services, and assist with the de-escalation process for increased service.
The Coordinator III collaborates with other coordinators and analysts to ensure quality of work, meet performance/productivity benchmarks, and manage the pest escalation process.

- Manage work orders and proposals.
- Review all temporary increase requests.
- Monitor increased services and assist with de-escalation processes.
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure service delivery.
- Adjust service levels as needed.
- Monitor compliance.
- Track administrative tasks and reporting.
Work Schedule:
- In-office Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.
Role:
- Administrative position.
- Training will be provided.
- Entire team is based in the office.
Qualifications / Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or similar field is a plus.
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant work experience, including:
- Recognizing and measuring key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Property, vendor, or program management.
- Analytical and reporting tasks.
- Vendor management, including conducting vendor business reviews.
- Managing multiple projects.
- 3+ years of experience with MS Office Suite.
Interview Process:
- First interview conducted via Microsoft Teams.
- Second interview (if needed) will be onsite.
