Job Title: MRI Technologist
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 3 Months+ with possible extension
Shift: Day & Evening Shifts both available, 36 hrs a week, including some weekends and holidays

The Pay Rate information:
Pay (Max) for Locals below 50 miles
$80/hr. on W2
 
Pay (Max) for travelers above 50 miles
Weekly Gross- $2938.50
Weekly W2- $1296
Weekly Stipend- $1642.50

Key Responsibilities

• Perform MRI studies according to approved protocols and physician/provider orders
• Perform IV punctures and administer contrast as ordered
• Ensure technical accuracy, proper anatomical orientation, and timely completion of exams
• Communicate pertinent findings and patient data to care teams
• Consult with radiologists and professional staff regarding exam results
• Schedule patients for MRI examinations
• Assist with QA/QI initiatives and PACS system processes
• Ensure proper patient identification, documentation, charges, and image storage
• Maintain knowledge of new developments and improvements in MRI technology
• Communicate effectively with clinicians, physicians, technologists, and patients
• Deliver patient-centered care tailored to the developmental level and needs of each patient
• Promote a safe, secure, and respectful environment
• Provide patient education and collaborate with patients and caregivers in care decisions

Requirements:

• ARRT(MR) License
• BLS- AHA
• Associates of Applied Science
