Duration: 12 Months+
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Role Overview:
The Formulation Technician supports the production of pharmaceutical Spray Dried Intermediates (SDIs) and solid oral dosage forms such as tablets, capsules, and granules. Operating in a cGMP-regulated environment, this role involves preparing manufacturing suites, executing batch records, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Role Overview:

Operating in a cGMP-regulated environment, this role involves preparing manufacturing suites, executing batch records, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, work areas, and manufacturing suites.
- Prepare suites and components for Production Batch Record (PBR) execution.
- Accurately complete PBRs to support pharmaceutical production.
- Verify and perform baseline GMP activities.
- Follow all safety procedures, including use of proper PPE and hazard reporting.
- Adhere to established waste disposal protocols.
- Evaluate processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Perform increasingly complex tasks independently.
- Follow all applicable SOPs, Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and data integrity procedures.
- Demonstrate company values: Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, and Involvement.
- Support additional technician duties as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment; pharmaceutical experience preferred.
- Familiarity with cGMP regulations and cleanroom practices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality documentation.
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures and work independently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
