Job Title: Payroll Analyst
Job Location: King of Prussia, PA 19406 (ON SITE)
Contract: 12 months+ (possible extension)
Schedule Notes: Mon - Fri 9 am – 5 pm
Job Summary:
The Payroll Analyst supports payroll operations by managing data entry, resolving employee inquiries, verifying time sheets, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processes. This role will be responsible for payroll functions within SAP and Kronos, compliance documentation, and employee service support. Opportunity to handle complex tasks based on experience and skill set.

Job Summary:
The Payroll Analyst supports payroll operations by managing data entry, resolving employee inquiries, verifying time sheets, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processes. This role will be responsible for payroll functions within SAP and Kronos, compliance documentation, and employee service support. Opportunity to handle complex tasks based on experience and skill set.
Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Support (Majority of Role):
- Process payroll changes (banking, W-4s, deductions)
- Monitor ACH returns and handle reissues
- Resolve pays statement/W-2 access issues
- Respond to employee inquiries and track resolutions
- Verify and upload timesheets (Kronos & non-Kronos)
- Assist in bi-weekly payroll close and review
- Handle unemployment contacts lists and garnishment support
- Manage incoming mail, repayments, and payroll documentation
- Maintain vendor and contact lists, file room, and track logs
- Train as backup for other payroll tasks
Other Support:
- Complete employment verifications (e.g., Experian Verify)
- Schedule and coordinate internal meetings
- Assist with year-end activities, acquisitions, and special projects
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma required; higher degree preferred
- Experience: 4+ years in payroll, HR, or corporate support roles
- Systems: Proficient in HRMS; SAP and Kronos experience strongly preferred
- Skills: Multi-state payroll, attention to detail, time management, communication, ability to work independently and in teams
