Information Security Analyst

Job Title: Information Security Analyst
Location: Cayce, SC 29033
Duration: 13 Months+ (High Possible for Extension)

Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
Industry Preference: Regulated industries preferred (e.g., utilities, finance, healthcare)
 
Top Required Skills:

• Microsoft Active Directory: Proficient in managing security groups, user/system accounts, and file share security processes.
• ServiceNow: Experience with incident and request management in the ticketing system.
• Microsoft Office Suite: Strong skills in Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel—used for communication, collaboration, and documentation.
• Scripting & AI: Knowledge and use of scripting languages such as PowerShell and Python, including AI skillsets.

Project Overview:

• Monitor, evaluate, and maintain systems to protect information assets from unauthorized access or destruction
• Provide technical and administrative support for application and user security design and modifications
• Evaluate and resolve security issues; advise users accordingly
• Collaborate across multiple business units on multi-project assignments
• Guide and mentor less experienced team members when needed
• Exercise independent judgment in managing user access and security policies
• Work closely with cross-location teams to support ongoing integration efforts, particularly between Client and the former SCANA corporation
• Navigate multiple security domains with priority on domain conversion and documentation maintenance
