Shift: M-F - 7am-3pm Every Saturday l 6:30am-11am
Duration: 5 months

NOTE: ONSITE INTERVIEWS FOR THIS POSITION WILL BE HELD WEDNESDAYS/THURSDAYS BETWEEN 2-4PM AT THE MIRAMAR LAB LOCATION

Summary:
The PSR I serves as the front-line representative, performing skilled blood draws and preparing specimens for lab testing. This role involves direct patient interaction, ensuring comfort, safety, and confidentiality while following standard procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform venipuncture and specimen processing with accuracy

• Maintain a professional, safe, and patient-focused environment

• Accurately document and manage patient information

• Follow clinical and forensic collection protocols

• Uphold company values and promote a positive image

Requirements:

• Strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric/geriatric)

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability (weekends, holidays, on-call, overtime)

• Excellent customer service and data entry skills

Education:

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• Medical assistant or paramedic training (Preferred)

• Phlebotomy certification (Preferred; Required in CA, NV, WA)

Experience:

• Minimum 6 months experience in phlebotomy (REQUIRED)

• 1+ year preferred

• Prior customer service experience preferred
