Role Summary:

• Our Client Integrated Health (IH) Digital Product team is looking for a Digital IH Technical Product Owner to join us in transforming healthcare and delivering innovative experiences by bridging the desires of our customers and the capabilities of the technology, removing barriers to software development.
• In this role, as the Technical Product Owner, you will take a lead role in defining and prioritizing product features and enhancements across multiple Scrum teams.
• You will collaborate closely with other Product Owners, developers, and technical stakeholders to ensure that our products not only meet customer expectations but are also technically feasible and scalable.
• Your ability to understand complex technical requirements and convey them effectively to both technical and non-technical teams will be crucial in removing barriers to software development.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the definition and prioritization of product requirements across multiple Scrum teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to create a cohesive product strategy, ensuring that dependencies and integrations between teams are managed effectively.
• Become a subject matter expert (SME) on our technical capabilities, including Adobe Experience Platform, to provide guidance and best practices for leveraging these technologies in product development.
• Translate customer insights and technical constraints into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that drive development efforts.
• Act as a key liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, facilitating discussions to clarify requirements, address challenges, and ensure alignment.
• Manage and prioritize a technical product backlog, ensuring that it reflects both customer priorities and technical feasibility.
• Conduct regular reviews of product performance metrics and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and drive iterative enhancements.
• Advocate for agile best practices and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across all teams.
• Engage in technical discussions to understand architecture, design, and implementation challenges, providing input to shape the technical direction of products.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and review sessions, ensuring clear communication of priorities and expectations across teams.

 Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role within an agile software development environment.
• Previous full-stack development or architectural experience is highly desirable.
• Deep understanding of software development processes, architecture, and technologies.
• Strong experience working with multiple Scrum teams, managing cross-team dependencies, and aligning product strategies.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficient in product management tools such as JIRA, ADO, or similar platforms.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering technical solutions that meet customer needs.
• Knowledge of industry best practices for agile methodologies and product development.
