The Med D Finance Coordinator role requires an ambitious, motivated, and eager individual looking to work for an industry-leading company. The position is in our PBM Finance Operations Member Experience department and will be part of the Medicare Coordination of Benefits (COB)/Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) team, a group responsible for ensuring the appropriate adjudication of claims across multiple payers.
As a Med D Coordinator, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting claims data in all adjudication platforms. You will take part in a variety of tasks and projects across the COB/MSP team. To be successful in this role, you will need to communicate effectively in individual and group situations, as well as the ability to plan assignments, develop action plans, and complete tasks in a timely manner.

Duties:
Process all inbound mail including that associated with conditional MSP claims
Support member specific task resolution process
Lookup claims information to assist with reprocessing of claims
Other tasks as assigned by leadership
Experience:
2+ years of professional work experience in a financial operations, claims, customer service, or other healthcare related role
Education:
Verifiable High School diploma or GED required
