Questionnaire:
1. Must have HS Diploma or GED - proof needs to be provided prior to submitting your candidate, no exception. Was proof received in the form of valid documents?

This position will mainly be a shipper role with some customer facing responsibilities. Main duties include packing medications for delivery, creating shipping labels, processing copays for prescriptions, restocking shipping supplies, assisting with walk-in customers.
Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds consistently and throughout the day if necessary. Must have a positive attitude and be able to receive feedback, and be mindful of health sensitive information confidentiality requirements. Must be able to act professionally in a professional environment.
Verifies paperwork and labels packages according to Standard Operating Procedures. Selects appropriate containers, envelopes, and/or boxes for packaging. Creates labels for orders. Adheres labels to appropriate packages. Operates postal scales and meters. Sends packages by appropriate transportation method. Routes labels and related paperwork according to Standard Operating Procedures. Maintains a clean, safe work area. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Able to stand for length of shift. Ability to read, write and understand English. Ability to use 10-key pad on computer; computer knowledge and typing of 20 wpm desired.

Experience:
Automated mail systems experience. Verbal and written communication skills. Ability to calculate simple math. Lifting required. Basic customer service. Positive attitude. Knowledge of P/C and able to type 25 wph.
Six months of experience in a customer service or shipping & handling environment
