Job Title: Project Manager – NSP Global Retail Partner Summit
Location: Beaverton, OR
Duration: 3 Months 

Overview:
NSP (*** Stores Partnered) is a key distribution channel for our *** business globally. We rely on our retail partners to serve consumers, tell our brand stories, and drive product sales. To strengthen these partnerships, we are hosting a 2–3 day summit at *** WHQ for our top global retail partners. The goal of this event is to align partners with our brand strategies, inspire them with our vision, and deepen their connection to our brand, products, and innovations.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of this “best-in-class” partner event on the *** campus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage workback schedules, dependencies, and tools to track multiple project work streams

• Organize and schedule regular sessions with stakeholders to share progress updates and flag risks

• Ensure seamless communication and coordination across internal teams and external vendors

• Collaborate closely with *** teammates and vendors to ensure timely completion of all deliverables

• Manage event budget line items and track all project-related spending

• Deliver clear, concise updates to senior management on project progress and potential risks

• Proactively identify challenges and obstacles, and develop effective solutions to navigate them
