Job Specifics:
- Quick description of the role or project story (What this role will be doing):
- Entering and scheduling invoices, disbursement requests, and bank wire requests for payment according to most favorable payment terms.
- Indexing scanned pages to identify and electronically route invoices.
- Ensuring quality input of documents and resolving errors as well as pay practice exceptions.
- Resolving unapproved invoices.
- Researching, entering, and scheduling credit memos for payment.
- Entering and reviewing expense reports in system.
- Providing second-line customer service, including answering expense report policy questions, researching reimbursement and invoice payment status, and answering advanced system-user technical questions.
- Providing training to system users and less experienced Disbursements Representatives.
- Create and analyze various financial reports such as invoice aging reports. Research and resolve processing delays with the cost center owner.
- Create, maintain, and update job aids for invoicing and disbursement processes.

- Working knowledge of concepts and applications of accounts payable and procurement principles.
- Full knowledge of and job specific application of automated accounting systems, policies, and procedures
What is the top “nice to have” skill sets?
- Knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of SAP or other large ERP system
What soft skill requirements do you have (team fit and personality requirements)?
- Ability to coordinate, process, and control large volumes of work quickly and accurately
- Ability to communicate well, both orally and in writing.
What education and certifications/licensures are required?
- Highschool Diploma, No licenses
- Are there any specific companies/industries or ideal background you’d like to see in the candidate’s experience? Accounts Payable knowledge, Oil/Gas Industry knowledge is a benefit.
