  • Partner with design to ideate, prototype, and iterate on new mobile and watch app features
  • Lead internal and external field research reports
  • Leverage prior Client UX research programs to inform development and avoid past pitfalls
  • Help define timelines, facilitate progress, and ensure projects successfully reach their goals
  • Synthesize insights into actionable recommendations that shape the strategy and roadmap
  • Be a through-line of consumer knowledge, trends, and past research, and a primary source for what’s new, what’s old, and what’s exciting

Who You Will Work With:
You’ll collaborate with Client’s Advanced Product Ventures team, product managers, designers, engineers, and external partners. You’ll also engage directly with athletes* to understand their needs, behaviors, and aspirations—translating those into meaningful digital experiences.

What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design Research, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience conducting UX research in product development environments
  • applying human-centered design approaches and tools to solve complex problems
  • A strong ability to Product a research process, gather insights from secondary research, lead fieldwork, and conduct in-context interviews and observation
  • Experience working on mobile apps, connected devices, or wearable technology
  • Strong storytelling and communication skills — able to influence design and product decisions with evidence
  • Familiarity with tools like Figma, Dscout, UserTesting.com, and survey platforms
  • Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design principles
  • Tolerance for ambiguity and superpower for translating it into organized and clear steps
  • Comfortable discussing and facilitating discussions with senior leadership
