QA Product Complaint Coordinator
Location: East Windsor, NJ
Duration: 6 Months (Temp to Hire)
Pay: $32–$36/hr (W2)
Role Overview:
The QA Product Complaint Coordinator will manage end-to-end processing of product complaints in compliance with applicable SOPs and regulatory expectations. This includes receiving, documenting, investigating, and closing complaints while ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The role also supports adverse drug event (ADE) intake and processing, complaint sample handling, and CAPA follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, document, process, and close product complaints per SOPs.
- Maintain consistent follow-up with customers/reporters to gather essential complaint details.
- Review and assess manufacturing investigation reports for accuracy and completeness.
- Track and ensure implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
- Assist in the intake and processing of Adverse Drug Events (ADEs) as per applicable procedures.
- Manage complaint samples and coordinate related mailings.
Qualifications:
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and professional customer interaction skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable with strong work ethics.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
- Willingness to support cross-functional tasks as needed.
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline (B.S. preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in QA, Pharmacovigilance, or related roles in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
