Title: Content Quality & Submission Lead (Veeva Specialist)
Duration: 10 months+ Possible Extension
Location: Morristown, NJ (100% Remote)
Pay Range: $50/hr - $61/hr

Manager Notes:

• Fully Remote, no specific degree requirements
• Mostly focused on years of experience (3 years minimum).
• This person will help submit assets into Veeva.
• Must have veeva experience and experience working within a regulated environment.
• Does not necessarily need to be pharma but regulated medical or legal would be acceptable.

Description:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Content Quality & Submission Lead to manage the end-to-end quality, compliance, and submission of digital promotional materials within the Veeva platform.
• This role ensures all content is accurately anchored, version-controlled, and submission-ready, serving as a critical bridge between marketing, regulatory, medical, legal, writers, and designers.
• You will translate RC and MLR feedback into clear, actionable guidance, conduct comprehensive end-to-end quality control (including claims, references, ISI, and formatting), and support the development and maintenance of core claims libraries.
• This role also owns project tracking and workflow coordination to ensure timelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements are consistently met.
