Job Title: Patient Services Representative I / Phlebotomist I
Location: Pompano Beach, FL
Duration: 4 months
Shift: 6 am - 3 pm - M-F & Rotational Saturdays at another site

Overview:
The PSR I is the face of our company, providing a positive patient experience through skilled blood collection and excellent customer service. This role involves collecting and preparing blood specimens for lab testing while ensuring accuracy, safety, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients professionally

• Draw blood samples accurately, including pediatric and geriatric patients

• Follow all procedures for specimen collection and documentation

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Deliver consistent, high-quality service with minimal supervision

• Uphold patient confidentiality and promote a positive company image

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED)

• Phlebotomy certification (REQUIRED in CA, NV, WA; preferred elsewhere)

• At least 6 months of phlebotomy experience (1+ years preferred)

• Strong customer service and data entry skills

• Medical assistant or paramedic training a plus

• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and overtime

• Reliable personal transportation (rideshare/bus not acceptable)
