Job Description:
- The facilities Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of facilities.
 - This role ensures a clean, safe, and functional workplace by coordinating maintenance activities, managing supplies, and assisting with internal moves and mail distribution.
 - The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and service-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
 
Responsibilities:
- Process outgoing mail, mass mailings, and certified mail daily.
 - Distribute inventory items (e.g., copier paper, cups, napkins) throughout the facility.
 - Assist with internal office moves, including lifting and transporting furniture and files.
 - Conduct daily walkthroughs of all floors and report deficiencies to management.
 - Ensure all equipment is in proper working condition and accessible for use.
 - Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
 - Receive, log, and resolve work order requests promptly.
 - Coordinate with and escort external contractors as needed.
 - Participate in key control by collecting, logging, and distributing keys upon request.
 - Support Copy Center functions, including print and copy job distribution.
 - Provide reception desk coverage, greeting visitors and answering incoming calls professionally.
 - Provide excellent customer service to internal staff and visitors.
 - Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, faxing, and chart management.
 - Maintain and organize files using alphabetical and numerical systems.
 - Support senior office staff with administrative tasks as needed.
 
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in facilities coordination, office services, or a related field.
 - Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
 - Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
 - Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
 - Proficient in handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
