Assistant Director of Nursing
Job Title: Assistant Director of Nursing
Location – Brooklyn, NY 11206
Job Duration: 3 + months: High possibility of extension
Schedule: 4 Days Per Week, 40 Hours Per Week, 10-Hour Shifts
Additional Scheduling Notes: Flex schedule; required to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday; no on-call
Pay Range: Up to $110/hr on w2
Travel Rate available too
Shift: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
Candidates must have strong Acute setting exp in recent.
Required Skills & Experience
- Seven years of experience is required, including 5 years in a supervisory role.
- Master’s degree – Preferred
- Primary Source Verification – Required
- BSN – Required
- Active RN license – Required
- Plan and develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance
- Monitor performance for patient care
- Assess units with nurse managers and assist with any corrective action
- Develop recordkeeping systems to track medication errors and counseling
- Position is for Assistant Director of Nursing for House Coverage
