Overview
We are seeking a highly Creative and detail-oriented professional to join our AI Adoption & Engagement team on a contract basis. This role focuses on producing engaging, on-brand content and managing communications to drive awareness and adoption of AI tools across the organization.
Ideal Candidate:
Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment
Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation & Design
Develop visually compelling materials such as one-pagers, e-learning modules, short-form videos, and website content.
Design and edit graphics and videos aligned with established branding guidelines.
Build and update web pages to ensure consistency and usability.
Engagement & Communication
Draft clear, concise, and engaging communications for email and Slack channels.
Support engagement campaigns to promote AI adoption initiatives.
Collaboration
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outputs quickly and efficiently.
Required Skills & Experience:
Strong proficiency in g raphic and video editing.
Experience in website design and content management.
Ability to work within branding guidelines and deliver polished, professional materials.
Excellent written communication skills for internal messaging.
Tools & Technologies:
Required: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
Nice to Have: Articulate Rise (for e-learning development).
Education:
Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience
Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.
