GenAI Change Manager

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly Creative and detail-oriented professional to join our AI Adoption & Engagement team on a contract basis.
• This role focuses on producing engaging, on-brand content and managing communications to drive awareness and adoption of AI tools across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Design:

• Develop visually compelling materials such as one-pagers, e-learning modules, short-form videos, and website content.
• Design and edit graphics and videos aligned with established branding guidelines.
• Build and update web pages to ensure consistency and usability.

Engagement & Communication:

• Draft clear, concise, and engaging communications for email and Slack channels.
• Support engagement campaigns to promote AI adoption initiatives.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high-quality outputs quickly and efficiently.

Education:

• Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 5 years directly relevant work experience.
• Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 3 yrs; Masters + 4 yrs; Associates degree + 6 yrs; High School + 7 yrs.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong proficiency in graphic and video editing.
• Experience in website design and content management.
• Ability to work within branding guidelines and deliver polished, professional materials.
• Excellent written communication skills for internal messaging.
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and agile environment.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and brand consistency.

Tools & Technologies:

• Required: Adobe Creative Suite, Figma.
• Nice to Have: Articulate Rise (for e-learning development).

3 Interviews Total:

• 1st with manager and 2 more with change managers on FTE team.
