Job Description:
- Work with the data science team to build the visualization applications using ArcGIS and PowerBI platforms and build internal applications using the PowerApps/Powerautomate platform.
- OSI purpose, goals, and portfolio statement.
- Reimagining transportation through a culture of innovation; Innovating through a set of high impact imperatives.

- Working smarter and proactively though the use of data analytics and automation
- Building digital twins of the roadway infrastructure to bring the data, computing, visualization together
- Modernize the applications
Core responsibilities:
- Product broad understanding of the **** innovation framework
- Use the innovative/latest tools and best practices to build applications using the Power Platform and ArcGIS
- Follow all applicable industry and **** standards, processes and Protocols
- Engage multiple customers and develop applications to meet their needs
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations
KSA:
- Process mapping experience
- Code Documentation
- Writing Requirements/Product documents
- Writing use-cases
- Using architectural artifacts
- Interpreting solution architectures
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Customer focused collaboration
- Ability to travel around the state as needed
- Minimum of three days in the office to work with the rest of the team
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years programming experience in a high-level compiled language such as C#, C++, Java.
- Minimum of 5 years experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript and Python.
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft Power Platform to include PowerApps, PowerAutomate, SharePoint and Dataverse. (Hard Requirement).
- Minimum of 5 years experience using GIS for creating dynamic mapping applications and processing real-time location data.
- Minimum of 5 years experience using RESTful APIS.
- Other Software Knowledge: Visio, Visual Studio Code/Visual Studio Community Edition, SQL Server, Azure Data lake and Warehouse, Oracle, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Experiences.
