Recruitment Coordinator (Part time)

This is a part-time role for 10 - 20 hours per week, with visit to client sites once a week.

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Coordinator is responsible for supporting local clients by consistently providing exceptional customer service and fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates. This role will focus on building and maintaining a talent pool in the local area, ensuring that candidates are excited about the roles, and are prepared to meet client expectations. The Onsite Recruitment Coordinator will manage client requirements, handle candidate interviews, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned local clients, ensuring effective communication and timely resolution of inquiries or issues.

Candidate Engagement: Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring they are well-prepared and enthusiastic about job opportunities and interview. Provide guidance throughout the hiring process to increase their likelihood of success.

Interview Preparation & Onboarding Coordination: Prepare candidates for interviews by providing essential information and support. Collaborate with the internal team to ensure all new hires have a smooth and timely start.

Client Requirements Management: Understand and respond promptly to client requirements by providing timely, quality resume submissions. Monitor submissions, interviews, and offers to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.

Strong commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Ethical and professional conduct in all interactions.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), email, and web browsers.

Education/Experience:

High School Diploma required; some college coursework preferred.

Associate's or Bachelor s degree preferred.

Minimum of three (3) years of industry-related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
