Role Summary: As an integral member of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, the Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist will collaborate closely with Recruiters, HR Managers, Hiring Managers, and both external and internal job applicants. This role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes, ensuring *** continues to attract and retain top talent. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic, driven, and ready to become an expert in all aspects of recruitment at ***.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with recruiters each day to address various requirements and inquiries.
Manage updates for candidates and job requisitions in our applicant tracking system (SuccessFactors).
Coordinate and adjust interview schedules as needed and manage candidate travel and accommodation following company guidelines.
Oversee the ordering, tracking, and reporting of candidate background checks, drug screens, and assessment tests in the US.
Draft and send offer letters to candidates.
Manage communications and timely responses from the *** Careers external mailbox.
Ensure compliance with OFCCP documentation requirements.
Contribute to a positive and proactive candidate experience.
Required Skills and Experience:
A college degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum requirements:
2-3 years experience
Prior experience with interview scheduling (video and onsite time zones and participants in different locations)
Prior experience with offer letter creation
High level of attention to detail and organization
Ability to manage high volume
Confidentiality and discretion
Customer service oriented
