Your Responsibilities
As an Indirect Materials & Services Central Planner, for client World Headquarters located in Moline, IL you will....
Convert requisitions and shopping carts to purchase orders
Resolve blocked invoices, delinquent orders, PO transmission and shopping cart errors
Educate, train, and provide on-demand customer support to suppliers and internal stakeholders
Execute Annual Framework process
What Skills You Need
Effective communication skills (written/verbal)
Efficiency with Microsoft Office products
What Makes You Stand Out
1 or more years Supply Management & Logistics experience
1 or more years SAP Materials Management experience
1 or more years Customer Service Procure to Pay experience (Req. to Purchase order)
Knowledge/experience with client Supply Network (JDSN) applications
Data & analytics experience using tools such as Power BI and Tableau
Education
Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:
Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experiences
Onsite in Moline, IL is required.
