Phlebotomist I
Duration: 6 months
Location: Shelby NC
Shift: 8am to 3pm M-F
Job Summary:
The PSR I serves as the face of the company to patients visiting for routine health checks or significant diagnostic tests. Responsibilities include drawing quality blood samples and preparing them for lab analysis while maintaining professionalism, safety, and patient trust.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform daily activities under supervisor direction accurately and on time.

Create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for patients.

Collect and process clinical and forensic specimens skillfully and safely.

Maintain accurate documentation and records.

Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling patient information.

Promote a positive company image to all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

Produce quality, error-free work in a fast-paced setting.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Demonstrated excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric draws.

Flexible availability: including weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.

Must be consistently punctual and present for the entire scheduled shift.
Required Education:

High school diploma or equivalent – Required

Phlebotomy certification – Preferred
Work Experience:

Minimum 6 months experience – Required
