You thrive in fast-paced environments, have a strong retail background (manager level or higher), and bring a team-first mindset with a passion for product and market trends.

Who We’re Looking For:
A consumer-obsessed, detail-oriented, and energetic merchant with 2+ years of experience in merchandising, buying, or planning. You thrive in fast-paced environments, have a strong retail background (manager level or higher), and bring a team-first mindset with a passion for product and market trends.
What You’ll Do:
- Support the Men’s Sportswear Footwear Merch team during a parental leave by:
- Managing line plans and seasonal assortments
- Supporting merch planners with sample coordination and tool updates (Keynote, Excel, AV tools)
- Collaborating across consumer planning, product creation, and marketing teams
- Maintaining seasonal tools and systems with accuracy and efficiency
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in merchandising, buying, or planning
- Strong retail experience in customer-facing leadership roles
- Excellent organization, communication, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally
Bonus Points:
- Experience with footwear/apparel
- Product coordination or PLM background
- Comfort in highly collaborative, matrixed teams
