Job Title: Phlebotomist I
Location: Bridgeport, CT
Duration: 4 months
Shift:Monday 10am to 7:30pm, Tuesday 10am to 8pm, and every other Saturday 7am to 12pm.

Pay Rate: $17 - $21/hr. on w2

Overview:
As a PSR I, you are the face of the company, responsible for collecting quality blood and specimen samples while ensuring a safe, respectful, and professional experience for patients. You will explain procedures clearly, build trust, and handle specimens according to established protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect and process blood and clinical specimens accurately

• Maintain patient confidentiality and data accuracy

• Ensure a clean, safe, and professional environment

• Follow procedures for forensic and clinical collections

• Maintain documentation and compliance records

• Demonstrate leadership, organization, and strong customer service

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Phlebotomy certification (Required in CA, NV, WA); medical assistant or paramedic training preferred

• 6+ months experience (1+ year preferred)

• Strong phlebotomy skills (including pediatric and geriatric)

• Customer service and data entry experience

• Able to work independently, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shifts
