Shift: Monday Thursday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PM, Friday: Half Day
Hours/Week: 40

Role Overview:
Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), supporting both clinical and administrative operations to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care. This is a full-time, day-shift contract role ideal for CMAs experienced in ambulatory or outpatient primary care settings.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical Duties:

Escort patients, take and record vitals, height, and weight
-
Document medical and medication histories accurately in the EMR
-
Prepare patients for exams/procedures and assist providers
-
Collect specimens and administer medications/immunizations (IM, SQ, Oral, Nasal)

Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and adhere to standard precautions
Administrative Duties:

Answer phones and address patient inquiries professionally

Schedule appointments, process referrals and prior authorizations

Accurately register patients, ensure documentation is scanned and compliant

Communicate effectively and uphold exemplary patient service standards
Required Qualifications:

Active Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) credential Required

Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC) Required
