Customer Service Representative
Schedule Notes: 100% Remote; Training for the first 4-6 weeks will have a schedule of EITHER - Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST OR Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm EST; Schedule after training will be 10:00am - 6:30pm EST. They can be anywhere in the US - as long as they commit to east coast hours - Candidates must have reliable high speed internet connection. Likely to extend beyond end date through end of year for high performing candidates.
video interviews will require for the camera to be pointing at them not the ceiling or anywhere else in the room please
Manager Notes:
Not looking for overqualified candidates.
- One to two years minimum experience and 10 years max so we don't have anyone too overqualified.
- Must have Pharmacy Tech / workers compensation claims experience .
High School Diploma Required, plus Pharmacy Tech Certification or experience mainly and any college experience wll be good; focusing on Pharmacy Tech Certification or experience first
