Phlebotomist III - Floater
Location: Pearland, TX
Duration:3 months
Shift: Covering multiple locations Mon - Fri between the hours 7am - 6 pm and Saturdays as need.
Job Description:
We’re looking for a Patient Services Representative III (PSR III) – Floater to join our team and be the welcoming face for patients across multiple locations. In this role, you’ll collect high-quality blood specimens, ensure accurate labeling and processing, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform blood draws (including pediatric and geriatric) safely and efficiently.

Verify patient information and maintain accurate records.

Travel between locations as needed, including weekends and holidays.

Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Support clinical and forensic collections per standard procedures.
What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of phlebotomy experience (pediatric, geriatric, capillary).

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Medical or phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA).

Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

Flexible availability and reliable transportation.
