Job Description:
We’re hiring a Patient Services Representative I (PSR I) to support our patient care team by performing high-quality blood draws and specimen processing. You’ll help create a positive experience for patients while ensuring accuracy, safety, and professionalism at every step.
Key Responsibilities:

Collect blood specimens (including pediatric and geriatric) per clinical standards.

Verify patient identity and accurately label/test samples.

Maintain records and uphold confidentiality standards.

Support clinical and forensic collections.

Promote a safe, clean, and welcoming environment.
What You Need:

High school diploma or equivalent (required)
-
Minimum 6 months experience required; 1+ year preferred
-
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, WA)
-
Strong data entry and customer service skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
-
Reliable transportation – must live within 20–25 minutes of the site

Must be punctual, flexible, and available for weekends, holidays, and overtime
