Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end apparel innovation, from 2D/3D concept development (CLO, Optitex) to prototyping and manufacturing.
- Spearhead fit, grading, and construction (bra/athlete expertise) with factory collaboration.
- Drive R&D for new materials, methods, and tech (performance wear).
Must-Have Skills:
- 6+ years’ apparel development (pattern making, construction, costing).
- Mastery of 3D tools (CLO, Browzwear), Adobe Illustrator, and CAD.
- Proven leadership in cross-functional teams and vendor management.
Nice-to-Have:
- Consumer electronics integration.
- Non-traditional (4D) design thinking.
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Apparel Design/Textile Science.
- NDA-compliant.
